Snowman LED Night Light Makes the Richards Crazy

Wonders happen everyday in some conners in some places in the world and you never know when will them occur to you. It is reported by foreign media that the David Richards from Canberra, Australia have recently set a Guinness World record by completing an wonderful decoration with 520,165 small Christmas snowman LED night lights in the rooms and the courtyard.

This is the second time for the David Richards to establish this type of record. They lighted 331,038 Christmas night lights in the year of 2011, which had set a world record at the first time. However, this world record was broken by a family from New York, America in the following year. The New York family made the new record by decorating 346,283 Christmas lights on their house. Then, in this year, the David Richards updated the world record and won again. As the Guinness World record shows, the length of the wire that was used to connect those Christmas lights were more than 31 miles.

Richard says, “ I have been keen on Christmas festival. It is a happy thing for me to light the self-made Christmas night lights, treat neighbors and friends from different regions and share the beautiful festive scene with them on special Christmas day. That is great indeed. What’s more, I believe that this is also a good chance for people to have a better understanding of each other.”

The Guinness World Record confirmed that the David Richards have set the world record of the world ‘s most residential construction and installment Christmas lights on 25^th. It will consume 1, 400 pounds a month if it opens for visits, but a local power company has kindly donated the power fare to the Richards. Furthermore, Richard hopes that this large-scale Christmas snowman LED night light decoration can attract visitors to donate for charity.
