Cake
is a must-have dessert in our daily diet and is always asked over and over
again by people of all ages and both sexes. It has played an important role in
people’s gourmet cuisines. When we take a glance of a delicate cake without
paying much attention in a gourmet magazine, we will often be unconscious to
have the idea of making a cake by ourselves in our spare time. However, that
idea will never come true because we don’t know how to make a cake at all.
After many experiments, I have learned to make pumpkin cakes with a silicone pumpkin cake mould.
Firstly,
we are supposed to make good preparations of the ingredients of flour(150g), 4
eggs, milk(80g), sugar(160g), edible oil(80g), green tea powder(5g),baking powder( 5g), tartar powder(0.5g),
salt(2g) and frosting in moderation. Secondly, break the eggs and separate the
egg yolk with the egg white and then put them respectively into food
containers. The next step is to add some milk, salt, edible oil and 60 grams of
sugar to the egg yolk and stir these ingredients with uniformity. During this
process, we can sift some flour, green tea powder and baking powder into the
stirred egg yolk and stir them uniformly again until it become a soft flour paste.
Thirdly, break the egg white, stir it until there are air bubbles and then add
the rest of sugar into it and stir it uniformly again. Fourth is to mix the egg
white with the above flour paste and stir them with uniformity for three times.
The next step is to pour it into the silicone pumpkin cake mould and squeeze
the air bubbles out of the cake mould. Then we have to preheat the oven and
bake the paste for 35 minutes to 40 minutes. Finally, when we take the cake out
of the oven, we have to back off the cake and take it out of the cake mold
after cooling down. Cut the cake into the shapes you like, sprinkle a layer of
frosting sugar,dish it up and then enjoy it!
